Shipping policy

His policy establishes the terms and conditions of shipping for all product purchases made through our online store.

1. Order Processing
Processing Time: All product orders are automatically processed within 1 business day (Monday to Friday), excluding weekends and holidays.

Confirmation: You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has been dispatched and handed over to the carrier.

2. Shipping Liability and Risk Transfer
Transfer of Title and Risk: The responsibility and risk of loss or damage to purchased items are entirely transferred to the customer at the moment the order is physically delivered to the shipping company selected by the customer.

The Wash Auto Detailing Role: Our responsibility ends upon the physical handover of the package to the transport company. We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. The customer must contact the transport company directly to file any claim.

Carrier Selection: The customer is responsible for selecting the shipping company that best suits their needs and for assuming the associated costs.

3. Delivery Estimates and Delays
Delivery Times: All delivery times provided are estimates given by the carrier and are not guaranteed by The Wash Auto Detailing.

Disclaimer for Delays: We are not liable for shipping or delivery delays caused by the transport company, errors in the delivery address provided by the customer, customs processing, or any event of force majeure or events beyond our control.

Incorrect Address: If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for all shipping and handling costs to resend the order.

4. Order Tracking
The customer is solely responsible for tracking their package using the provided tracking number and for contacting the shipping company for any inquiries related to logistics or delivery status.
