Refund policy

We have a 30-day store credit policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a credit for future purchases. WE DO NOT OFFER CASH REFUNDS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES; the only compensation offered is a credit for use on our online store.

Items Eligible for Store Credit

To be eligible for store credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Store Credit

To request a store credit, you must notify us of the situation and the reason for your request by contacting us at autodetailing.thewash@gmail.com. Once we have reviewed and approved your request based on the information provided, we will proceed to manage the credit.

Physical Product Return Process

In the event that the product must be physically returned for credit approval, you may send it to the following address: 210 calle Ernesto Vigedaux, San Juan, Puerto Rico 00915

Important: The shipment of the product by the customer does not constitute a commitment to a monetary refund, as we do not manage that policy. The only guaranteed compensation, if the item is approved, is the store credit.

Approved Credit

Once we have received and, if applicable, inspected the item, we will notify you if the credit has been approved. If approved, you will receive a digital store credit for the full value of your purchase (excluding original shipping costs) within 10 business days.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at autodetailing.thewash@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and issue the corresponding credit.

Exceptions / Ineligible Items

Certain types of items are not eligible for credit, such as custom products (special orders) and gift cards. We also do not accept credit requests for sale items or final clearance items.

Services and Appointments (The Wash Auto Detailing)

We do not offer money refunds for the cancellation of appointments or car wash services.

Should you need to cancel or modify a scheduled service, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance. You will be granted a slot within the 10 business days following the original appointment date to reschedule the service. If the service is not rescheduled within this period, the payment will be considered forfeited.
